Advisor
Dr. Neil Pelkey is a Professor at the Juniata College, Pennsylvania, USA. An expert on GIS and remote sensing, he is an advisor on many of the projects and research proposals of FERAL. Neil was also responsible for developing the ongoing collaboration with the Juniata College and Keystone Study Abroad Consortium for facilitating their undergraduate study aboard programme in India.
